Great stay at Belfiore 58 in Florence. The location is very convenient—about a 12-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station or just two tram stops away. Check-in was smooth with a code provided in advance, and the building has an elevator up to the third floor. Communication was excellent, with very quick responses via WhatsApp. There is also a secure luggage storage area in the hallway with 24/7 camera monitoring, which was very helpful. The room was cozy, very clean, and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily. Overall, a pleasant and reliable place to stay in Florence—would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! The room was immaculate, and the host was extremely attentive via WhatsApp (always responsive). He also allowed us to check in as soon as the room was available. The place is walking distance to the tourist destinations in Florence, but just far enough away that you get a taste of the real city (and with lower prices in the places nearby).

Besonders positiv waren für mich die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Klimaanlage, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben. Vom Hauptbahnhof ist es etwas weiter zu Fuß, aber durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Belfiore ist die Lage sehr praktisch und gut angebunden, auch zum Flughafen.
