This was a great place to stay, especially if your planning, like we did, to take trips on the Train to other cities during the day!(for us, we went to Pisa one day & Venice another day) Staff was friendly, and breakfast was amazing with the rooftop views. Definitely would suggests this hotel, if your looking for easy access to the train system, and a nice walking distance to local attractions.

The location was the biggest reason I chose this hotel; it's very close to the train station, making it convenient for a day trip to Siena and Pisa. All the viewpoints are within walking distance, so after lunch I could walk back to rest before continuing my sightseeing. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Staff was very helpful. Also allows leaving luggage after check out which provides more time to walk around Florence before our scheduled departure time. Continental breakfast was simple but it is sufficient. We also had to leave early one day for a guided tour and they give out breakfast bags. The place was very close to the central train station, mercato centrale and all the important sights in Florence. Only thing to improve would be maintenance of room. Some things in room were broken like the closet door. Toilet bowl was also too high even for 5'7". I was on my tippy toes when seated. If you only need a place to sleep, best bang for your buck with breakfast included and proximity to places.

We actually booked here last minute, I read some not so nice comments but the air conditioner Works fantastic you just have to set it we kept hours on 23 I believe and it was very cool we were there from May 1st to May 10th and it was very hot on some days and we were totally comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful, breakfast was great the regular eggs and they had bacon they had fruit coffee machine was great we got cappuccinos every morning they have rolls they had a toaster it was pretty good the place is what you make it and it's right near the train station to supermarkets, it was actually a great stay and we would stay there again.

Super clean room, modern, good shower and bed, nice and quiet, 10 minutes from the train station, breakfast was done in time slots and was ok maybe could have had more selection, staff were friendly, my only bugbear was the WiFi was really slow and i ended up using my hot-spot instead

Very good location 5 mins from train station and 15 minutes from the Duomo with lots of local restaurants. Room was cleaned every day and done well. Hotel room was very small with only just enough room to walk around the bed. Shower so small you could not bend over in it. Breakfast was very basic and did not vary at all in the days we were there. Had to pre book time slots for breakfast as the serving areas so small. No other amenities in the hotel.

Overall, we were happy with the stay. Few additions could have made difference but for short stay no complaints. Although the breakfast is free and placed at the top which was the best. However, it is small and can be too crowded.
