Wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but clean, cozy and have all you need, including bathrobes! Check in (after business hours) instructions were easy to follow and clear. Excellent location. Close to restaurants and the main historical sites. We loved the Cafe Mingo around the corner that was perfect for breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee. Would return.

This is a very clean, quiet comfortable hotel in a great location of Florence. We stayed for 3 nights. It is very easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. The only shortcoming if I had to think of one is there are no amenities and the coffee machine in the room wasn’t working properly, but we were out and about the whole time, so it didn’t really bother us.

The location was amazing and the room was small but really cute. But We did travel during the heat dome but the ac on the entire floor broke. They didn’t have much to offer for the inconvenience. This hotel is exceptional in all categories, a true gem. Located on a quiet alleyway, around the corner from the Uffizi sculpture garden, one could not ask for a better location. Quiet, clean, roomy, with comfortable beds. Air conditioning that you control with the press of a button. Yes, they have an elevator, so no heavy lifting is needed, coming or going. The staff is superb, going out of their way, 24/7, to be helpful, scheduling taxis and making restaurant suggestions. We left a bag in a taxi, and they helped track down the taxi and retrieve our bag.

This is a fabulous property in the heart of Florence and yet very quiet for sleeping….no traffic and no people noise. Food choices abound and the Ufizzi and Signoria are only steps away.
