Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond and offered us earlier check in and later check out to accommodate our tour and flight. Excellent breakfast; every staff member was a pro and pleasant. Great, helpful attitude. The property is tucked away on a rather quiet street with no traffic; close to the museums and the Duomo. Walking distance from the train station also. I’d book again if I return to Florence.

The property was lovely. Walking distance to everything and the train station was a hop skip and a jump away. The breakfast was amazing, and was ready earlier than expected, so our early tour at 7 did not prevent us from picking up a croissant before heading out.

Beautiful little hotel in a perfect location - a few blocks from the train station, one block from the tour bus stop and the market, a few blocks from El Duomo and from there, a few more blocks to the Uffizi and the river. Perfect! The staff was always helpful; they even set up breakfast for us an hour and a half early so we could catch a train. Breakfast, by the way, was terrific. This was the second time I'd stayed at this hotel and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
