Amazing experience overall. Staff was incredible helpful, check in was easy. They can also storage your bags after check out. Room conditions were very good, location is amazing, very walkable to all main tourist spots. I definitely recommend the staying at Affittacamere.

Fantastic property! Easy check in process done virtually!! Convenient location next to train station. Made it very easy to walk everywhere especially to the bus station for various tours and to go to The Mall. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Only issue we had was WiFi not working the best due to where our room was compared to the router of the hotel. Also the hotel room had A/C but wasn’t super cold and

Excellent customer service. They were very helpful at reception with tourism information and with helping with our airport transfer. The room was very large. The shower was kind of broken but otherwise things were great. Also, it is in a great location.

Great location

Really nice room, very central. 1 min walk from train station. Easy walk to everything but still nice and quiet at night. I slept well. Check in at the sister hotel was fine and staff were lovely there. Room was comfy.

Clean and great water pressure

It was a great stay in Florence. We enjoyed our room. The size of the beds were really nice and very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had great water pressure. We arrived quite late and given instructions of how to get into the building, even though the desk help had already gone home. Everything worked perfectly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent. Central clean and friendly

A one day stop in Florence. The reception is alright across the road from the main Florence train station, with the apartment a 2 minute short walk from there. Viola the receptionist was super helpful with recommendations which we were glad we took. There are no dining facilities in Alba but the room was absolutely fine. Clean and the linen good quality. Perfect if you want a base to put your head down and freshen up after a day exploring this amazing city

Not bad but not good

They have a great photographer, the photos show a much better place than it really is. I’m not saying is not the same place but it is for far not the feeling when you get there. Is convenient but it someone would have shared this comment I’d definitely look for another place to stay.

I like that it is close to the metro and walkable to other attractions like the duomo cathedral, central market, Ponte Vecchio, piazza dela signoria, and the Accademia Gallery. What’s unique is that attractions are next to each other and you can find several restaurants and stores. The property is spacious inside and has a lift. It is an old building and so we have encountered a few mosquitos inside the room. But overall, it’s a good place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The room is very clean and big. It’s just a few steps from the Firenze SMN train station, the Florence Cathedral, and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The staff were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended!

Excellent location - historic centre 5 mins walk. Very close to train station. Large functional room, large bathroom. In a shared block with other hotels/airbnb's. Need to visit other property if you dont send your details before visit and to pay city tax. No keys - property used entry codes. Great range of resturant nearby.

숙소 위치가 피렌체역 바로 앞이라 이동이 편리했어요. 침실도 깨끗하고ㅠ3명이 싱글침대 2개 썼는데 침구 및 타월이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 근처에 다른 호텔인 7florence 에 짐을 맡기고 리셉션 업무를 봤는데 그게 좀 불편했습니다 짐을 찾아서 다시 예약한 호텔로 이동해야 해서요. 샐프 체크인입니다. 메시지가 앱으로 날아옵니다. 응대느뉴아주 친절했어요.

Excellent quad room (a double/queen plus 2 single beds), good value very close to train station and an easy walk to all major Florence sites. Comfortable, quiet, nice balcony overlooking rooftops and a quiet parking lot, spacious room and bathroom. As a family of 4 with teens, was very convenient that electronic codes rather than a physical key were used to enter the room.
