The sisters that work the morning and afternoon shifts are fabulous! The check in was easy and our room was absolutely as expected! Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable with lots of space. The breakfast was wonderful and the little patio to sit at was so peaceful. Would highly recommend this property

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's close to downtown and has a good breakfast (Italian standard and portions, not as diverse as American!). Big washroom and shower. The only issue was that our room was smelling cigarette and opening windows for 3 days didn't help.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We checked in and the host showed us around our room and give us a map of all of the attractions, and the best restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also nice and the staff helped us out with booking a taxi to the train station. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely time.

I loved my stay at 3110 art hotel and would definitely stay again! Room is clean, spacious and comfortable, breakfast is also decent with varied options and the staff are always super helpful and welcoming! Can’t thank you all enough for such an amazing stay. Andreas and the girls were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very charming, we had the room with the patio (the one with the guys on bikes shown in the pictures), super clean, breakfast was good. The hotel has a mixed vibe of the past and present which makes it cool! The elevator is one of those old ones that you close both doors, but it works! The location was ok, we had to walk a lot to find restaurants, it's not close to tourism attractions, it's near to the Campo de Marte train station, 10 minutes walking.

2 night stay for a family sight seeing trip. Good location approx. 20 minute walk from the centre. Don't be put off by the entrance, a simple but tastefully decorated hotel with good sized rooms and a terrace where you can have breakfast. No reception after 9.00PM which we'd forgotten about but Andrea called and made sure we could get into the hotel, very helpful and professional.

Lovely hotel for 1-2 nights. Our room had a very cute balcony. Only problem for me was the super tiny shower, I guess it’s how is in Italy, but for Me and my husband, both are very tall (6’2 and 5’8), was a struggle to shower. Breakfast was ok. I wish they could add a few more options and some cream cheese. But I would definitely go back!

The hotel room was very large and kept very clean. Check in was strange as the hotel location and level were not made clear so it was a guessing game with how to get in and what floor I should go to. This could be resolved easily with both clear communication from the hotel prior to check in and signage at the entrance and in the lift. I also found the stairwell was very dark and the light sensors didn't turn on until you were halfway up the stairs.
