THE place to be

Super top place! Their place is a very quiet zone in the middle of the Charante countryside. Sleeping there is wonderful. Amanda and Tim are super nice and welcoming and their cat is too sweet According to me this is the best place in the area

A true countryside gem

We had a wonderful stay at Les Grelaudières. The accommodation was absolutely perfect – spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The bed was exceptional, with high-quality linens and towels that made it feel like a true luxury experience. Breakfast was divine, featuring mostly local products – fresh fruit from the garden, bread from the local bakery, and many other delicious touches. The décor is tasteful and elegant, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Amanda and Tim are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, making us feel at home from the very first moment. This is truly a place where every detail has been thought through with care. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful and nice and quiet place in a small hamlet, close to the Gironde! The room was large and very inviting, and the bathroom was huge! We stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The hosts were very nice and pointed us to places in the area to explore; without those hints we would have missed the market in Royan or the towns of Meschers and Talmont. Every morning, the hosts provided us with breakfast, with breads and croissants from a variety of local bakeries. Thanks Tim and Amanda, we truly enjoyed our stay.
