Many members of staff (more so junior) have 0 desire to be there and reflects in service standards. You’re asked to reserve restaurants, yet never 20 % full when I stayed, exemplified one night when I was asked to leave as I had no reservation - despite being 8 people in the restaurant with a capacity of 50+.
