Very helpful and accommodating staff, the space was clean and great for a quick overnight stay! I especially appreciated when I walked by the staff break room to see that they had decorated for international housekeeper’s day. I think that’s a wonderful way to celebrate your employees!

As much as I dislike hotels (firm beds always leave me waking up stiff) it was a very nice hotel. Clean room, friendly faces at the desk, ect. I went during the Michigan Renaissance Festival so people got to the good breakfast before we did but not the hotels fault. Overall I do recommend this place to stay

We checked into our room and discovered there was absolutely no toilet paper in the room. My husband went to the front desk to get a roll. I went into the bathroom and the door would not close unless you lifted up on the handle and pushed it closed. There was no soap for the sink to wash your hands. When my husband went to open the room door to get some soap from the front desk, the handle came off in his hand. The front desk attendant came to our room to make sure there were "no other surprises". She left telling us that maintenance would come the next day to fix the handle and the door. We were only staying one night, so we had deal with the issues during our stay. This is very poor customer service. The bed was comfortable at least.

I have stayed here many times and I have always enjoyed it. I had plans for my 3 daughters 18/18/19 to go to the beach Sunday but rain was coming in so I paid for a room so they could swim. Their dad took them and dropped them off and was going to the store to get snacks and a few other things while I was working. I knew from previous stays that you only needed to be 16 to be in the pool without a parent The front desk was really rude to the kids and not that nice to me when I called to talk to her , told the girls she'd "let it slide" oh gee how generous. I usually have really positive experiences with front desk there but not her
