Our stay was terrible! The TV didn’t work, there wasn’t a door on the bathroom, no bathroom amenities, the mini fridge/freezer had a busted pop mixed in the ice! The lights in the lamps didn’t work, one had a shortage. The staff was very nice and did upgrade our room the next day that was a little better. They also said they had breakfast in the morning but only had cereal and yogurt with stale looking muffins, I did see a waffle maker but the guy said it wasn’t working. I do not recommend this place at all!

Positive aspects: the carpets in the hallways and rooms were reasonably clean. However, there were numerous disappointments during our three-day visit. The only ice machine in the main building appears to have been broken for a long time. Our card keys became deactivated each of the first two days of our visit, requiring us to get replacements. In our room, one lamp had a burned-out bulb, two others appeared to be designed to hold three-way bulbs, but the bulbs in the sockets were singles. The lid to the toilet tank was broken into three pieces. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a trickle, and the bathtub dripped the whole time we were there. There was no way to move the blackout curtains into position, so we were visible to the outside world. Fortunately, our room overlooked the dumpsters, so no one was back there. The king bed in our room had three small pillows, inadequate to the task, and we couldn't get any additional ones. There appeared to be some construction going on, but the primary consequences we could see were spilled plaster on the floors and a room, open to the public, full of trashed light fixtures.

Do not believe the photos on the website or the Wyndham name attached to it. It may have been an ok property back in its day. I stayed in Room 108. There was no longer a door on the bathroom. The light switches did not work. The bathroom floor had not been swept/moped in quite a while. The smoke alarm went off every time I took a shower. The mini fridge had mold. So many cigarette burns through the whole thing. The curtains didn't close completely. The smell defied description. Musty, smoky, weedy? Everything smelled bad after one night. I had a headache from the smell. The pillows were tiny. I do not believe that there is a pool or that anyone would want to use it if there was one. I do not believe that there was breakfast, but I left before it would have been put out. One positive, the bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked. At first I felt unsafe and wanted to leave, but the people who were staying there or essentially living there were friendly and posed no danger. No harm came to me or my vehicle. The attendant at the front desk in the morning was friendly and seemed a little more capable than the night staff.

We booked here for the pool and it was disgusting. Very cold, and poorly maintained. Our tub dripped all night and the floors in the bathroom were slippery. The tap was detached from the counter and were a challenge to use. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. The lazy checking us in REEKED of weed

Uncertain of return

Online pictures were misleading. Nothing like it was advertised. 1rst room wasn't comfortable for me at all. Turned on the light and saw smashed roaches on the wall. Went dwn to let staff know and was immediately offered another room which was much better. The breakfast attendant was awesome, extra polite and engaged. If I ever returned, I'd prefer the 2nd floor room. I think their kept up better

We booked this hotel as a quick overnight stay on our road trip and only booked it a few hours in advance. Upon checking in (which was quick and no issues) we walked through a dirty and smelly hall way to our room which was not what was advertised on the site. The blanket had burn holes, our latch lock was broke off the door, we had patched holes in the wall, there was a foul odour, the towels werent folded, the mini shampoo on the counter was half used, the bathroom door was barley held together and overall just not clean. Our daughter cried because she was scared and didn't like the hotel, on too of that the people beside us were up all night yelling and laughing keeping my whole family awake. We were out of there pretty early the next morning. Im not normally one to complain but this had me completely shocked!

I wish I could give this property a zero. When I check in the lady at the front desk was nice and the process to get my key was easy. As I ventured to my room the carpet was dirty and had a stench. I noticed this my entire stay. When I went into my room, at first glance it was fine. I had a refrigerator and microwave which was great. But then I noticed the following- dirty bathroom tub (hard grim), dry blood on the desk seat, stains on the lamp shade, torn shower curtain, broken bathroom door that had duck tape on it, and a ice cup was left in the refrigerator. This was a terrible stay. I asked for the bathroom tub to be clean and when I came to see nothing changed it was still dirty. I had to put a towel down. I had to wait 3.5 hrs just to get extra pillows and they brought me one. The guy who made my waffles was nice. They let me check out at noon which was feasible for my horrid experience. If you saw the pictures you’d be terrified.

The room was a disastrous. Broken equipment. The hair dryer that was not plugged in had burn marks on the plug. I couldn't use. The curtains didn't close well even with the special handles, but had nice black grease prints. No coffee maker. No plastic cups for water only 3 pillows two were half size and one normal size for two people. The toilet base had a very large crack. No kleenex. Only one trash can. Holes in the walls by both doors. The worst security lock was missing the lock part. So we slept very poorly the bath tub was clean The breakfast waffle not that great. My husband said there was one waffle maker and an employyee stood over it and made one waffle hand my husband a little syrup. My husband asked for butter. Told nope no butter. It was his birthday too. Being treated so sternly. The alarm clock broken and just didn't work. We choose Baymont as we had such a great experience in another town. The Desk staff not rude but brusk not a great experience

First of all, to the receptionists: the easiest thing to fix is for yall to smile at your clients. Your faces looked like the rating of this property and that explains a lot. When you walk in, you immediately smell pee. Not sure if it was dog pee or baby pee but it was pee! There are stains up in the carpet and bags of trash out in the hallway. When I got to my room, the key card worked (thankfully), but as I entered I could immediately see the tattered curtains, and I noticed that the bolt that normally is on a hotel door was non existent. The tub spigot had a slow leak. And the big no-no: there was no TV remote anywhere to be found! At least the A/C was working and the room was a comfortable temp. As for the continental breakfast? Is that what you call a granola bar? That was the weakest excuse of a continental breakfast I've ever seen. I highly do no recommend staying here unless its all you have as an option. Not worth what they charged.
