Ein gutes Hotel, das Restaurant ist aber nicht zu

Gute Lage, Zimmer etwas alt, aber sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Für den Standard sind die Zimmer nicht gerade günstig, aber das ist in der Wintersaison leider so. Das Frühstück war gut, man hat eine grosse Auswahl. Das Restaurant (Mittag/Abend) ist aber leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schlechter Service und das Essen war überhaupt nicht lecker. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen mit unterschiedlichen Menus und kein Menu hat geschmeckt.

Die Sauberkeit war schlecht. Bremsspuren im WC, staubig, Haare auf dem Boden. Einrichtung alt. Frühstück genügend. Personal unfreundlich. Einmal hat sich ein Mitarbeiter beim Lift vorgedrängelt; wir mussten auf den nächsten Lift benutzen.
