Vacations Close To Fletvaerket V. Frank Jorgensen

I've stayed here many times before (stayed in August this time but usually stay in June) and it was not as good as before. Staff are ALWAYS great but it was so busy you often had to queue quite a while to speak to someone. Bedroom floor was so 'squeaky' that it woke my friend up when I got up to use the bathroom. Had to get maintenance to unblock the shower as it flooded the bathroom. Rooms and bathrooms are looking 'tired' and the bed was like a bouncy castle. We were on the 5th floor facing the street and the noise was mental from early in the morning until very late at night. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice hotel, just not as good as it used to be.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything. Very friendly helpful staff. Modern and clean. Bed room not spacious but fine for an overnight stay.

After paying substantially for a penthouse with a nice balcony, we didn't get the room that was shown in the picture as other guests were in that room. So there is quite a difference in the room you can get while paying the same price. I would be weary of that. The hotel itself is nice and well situated, but the service is not great. The cleaning staff did the absolute bare minimum, it barely felt as if anyone had entered our room before and after the cleaning service. For the total spent, I expected a better room and better service.

Clean room, great location

Fantastic hotel for families. Great location and easy access to train station. Close to so many restaurants and Juno Bakery! Easy walk over to the harbour and new district. On hot days, go for a swim there as well!
