Good location and straff, the sofa bed in our family room was a bit too hard and no air conditioner but the staff got us fans for our rooms. Had a great stay.

Nice town & staff!

We got a room over a bar open til 05.00, no sleep & couldn’t have a window open in a hot room the music & the noice from the traffic was high. But day 2 we got a new quiet room. Beds was to hard. A lovely town so many beautiful houses!

Generally speaking a decent hotel, but there is no air con/ventilation in the rooms and the road outside is so busy all day and night that sleeping with an open window was not an option. So we had a very hot night, even if it was only mid-May. Must be terrible in summer!

Die Zimmer sind sauber. Personal ist sehr nett. Das Hotel liegt super im Zentrum von Flensburg. Frühstück ist super, alles was das Herz begehrt. Ich würde immer wiederkommen.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang statt ebenerdiger Dusche halte ich für nicht mehr zeitgemäß in einem angeblichen 4-Sterne Hotel. Auf der Internetseite ist angegeben, dass es ein Restaurant gibt. Das stimmt seit langem nicht mehr. Hier sollte man dringend die Darstellung aktualisieren.

Der eine oder andere kleine Mangel wurde gemeldet. Da wir nur 1 Nacht dort waren, weiß ich nicht, ob es zeitig behoben wurde. Wir hatten im Dachgeschoss die Suite. Die Schlafcouch war sehr hart, aber für eine Nacht ok. Das Bett war laut meines Mannes sehr weich und teils durch gelegen. Sauberkeit war ok. Frühstück war super. Wer hier nicht satt geworden ist, ist selbst schuld. Kaffeevollautomat mit Cappuccino und Latte gab es auch. Sehr Hundefreundlich. An der Rezeption stehen Wassernapf und etwas Trockenfutter für die Fellnasen bereit. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Im Frühstücksraum kamen die 2 jungen Männer kaum hinterher bzw. waren etwas langsam und schienen teils etwas unbeholfen. Dachfenster geschlossen halten, sonst ist es sehr laut, da an Hauptstr. Aber super isoliert, nur im Sommer natürlich bei geschlossenem Fenster entsprechend warm. Aber toller Ausblick über den Hafen. Für 1-2 Nächte sicherlich in Ordnung und würde ich wieder buchen.

Wasserschaden am Fenster wurde vom Servicepersonal abgetan mit "hier an der Rezeption regnet es auch rein"... da fühlt man sich nicht sonderlich ernst genommen. Sehr liebevoll dafür die Frühstücksleitung, danke nochmal für den schön gedeckten Geburtstagstisch. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer scheinen renoviert worden zu sein.
