“Didn't get any sleep, as there was a loud buzzing sound coming from the wall of the presidential suite, sounded like wasps at first but when I pressed the skirting the tone changed... was like this all night and reception did nothing to help when I told them.”

“The first room offered had an awful bed You could see the springs through the duvet. There was no problem changing it to a lovely room overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the ceiling tiles constantly lifted and banged all night if the window was open.”
