“We booked this hotel for one night through Hotels.com, but were never informed that late check-in was unavailable after 11:30 pm. Our flight was delayed, and made it to the hotel at 3am. Upon reaching the hotel we found all doors closed and no one at the front desk. Despite repeatedly calling and waiting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes, no staff member appeared. Eventually, someone (not a receptionist) came out and, after some confusion and wandering around, managed to locate the keys so...

“The location is great, however, its an older hotel that has been updated, so several stairs to deal with or not to easy to find ramps. Finding the check in area was also not easy. No signs and we had to drive around a few times. The room did not have enough soap in the shower so veery hard to get to it without pulling it out. There were plenty of towels, nice linens on the bed, the room very cold on arrival. Handy to have the restaurant for late arrivals and we also had breakfast. There is...
