The room design was thoughtful and convenient. Courteous staff and great location.
We were staying 2 days and after a long day of hiking we returned to our room at 6:30 pm and the room had not yet been cleaned. Very disappointing. We saw housekeeping carts out past 9pm. The breakfast was also low end. Fruit in bad condition and they put water in the eggs to keep them moist. Ugh. ...
As far as motels go, this was a clean, friendly place and very welcoming for dogs. You get what you pay for, but it was perfect for a last minute overnight trip.
There was a full kitchen and a fire place. We used the Kitchen but no need for the fire. All was good.
Friendly helpful staff. Dinner. Very accommodating staff when i had dietary restrictions
I will suggest to change the carpet and make the bathroom bigger.
The motel was clean. Room small but had everything I needed and was comfortable. The only problem I had was my reservation was set for 2 nights and the room key was only programmed for 1 night. They fixed it right away when I couldn't access my room. Staff were friendly.
Great centrally located hotel; older property but is being renovated so the rooms are well updated
Quiet rooms and plenty available, good price and location. Ample parking.
Hotel was off Route 66. Easy to get to downtown Flagstaff. Near some restaurants (local and chain).
The bed was really comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very, very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was great. Our experience was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations.
Friendly staff, updated clean property with nice pool and spa area. Restaurant/ lounge has a good variety and friendly staff.
Staff pleasant and efficient. Room clean and beds and pillows comfortable. Close to restaurant.
Our room was big and clean. Friendly front desk service. I would recommend.
Clean, soft and comfortable. It fit my husband and me, and three teenagers. Extra linens were provided by staff for the trundle bed under the couch. We had a wonderful night's sleep, all of us. Will definitely stay again.
We great time. We enjoyed the room and location. The staff were helpful and friendly
good & clean. Breakfast is good but not enough space to sit and eat.
Nice place and very clean. I will stay here again if I don’t make the drive back East a different route.
