The desk host made our stay perfect from the minute we arrived until the time we left. We arrived before check in and knew we couldn't use our room yet but we needed a place to change clothes. He offered an employee room for our convenience. He made us feel so welcome upon registering later in the day and every time we encountered him during our stay he had time to join us in friendly conversation. He even made sure to visit our table during breakfast the next morning to question how our stay was. We wish we had gotten his name because he deserves credit for taking his job seriously in making guests feel welcome. Thank you for hiring such devoted employees.

The property is undergoing updates. The pool is currently closed for upgrades. The hotel had just gotten a new computer system so there was a little delay with checking in but staff was very apologetic.

Great place to stay. Didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast. Room clean. Water was hot and great water pressure which is usually an issue at hotels. Not here. Beds were comfortable. Stayed here before my surgery and it was a great place. Close to Hospital and allowed my family somewhere to rest while I was in surgery.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Upon check in we were told the pool was down and seems it had been for months. No where online was this stated and no refund was offered. Staff seemed like they could care less. Our room had random hairs in the bathroom, was grungy around the toilet, and used ear plugs on the bedroom floor. Beds were very comfortable and the shades work well. Showers were cold that night but warm the next morning. Breakfast was good, pancake maker was down, however they had a lot of other options to choose from. Overall good location however there is a lot to work on and staff could definitely be more hospitable.

Breakfast was a hybrid of hot & cold items from Aldi. Place was under renovation. Looks like Hilton bought out & giving a make over. Quiet, clean & bed was good.

The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have the best pillows that I have ever used at a hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. There was no option to turn it off as it was connected to the light.
