We asked for a quiet room, turned out whole night, there is some loud humming sound comes into window from outside, we can not sleep. Inside room, there is some weird electric noises as well. This totally didn't match our expectation. The valet parking is oddly expensive, higher than Rize, and The Palace hotel. This is seriously not the comparable hotels.
Lobby was ok, room ok.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Breathtaking atrium, the largest in the country. Would book again whenever we’re in the Bay again.
