Well appointed 2-bed property with comfortable furnishings, nice, modern decor which suits its location, a good bathroom and a well appointed kitchen perfect for cooking meals in. Very short walk to the park ameneties (pool, shop etc) and a short walk to the dog-friendly beach for walks. Walkable to Filey along the beach but equally a very short drive and close to Bridlington as well makes this a perfect jumping-off spot for touring the Yorkshire coast.
