The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice

Dinner is available, but you can’t book it shortly

In case you haven’t book the dinner with the booking of your room, you are not allowed to eat/book a table for dinner during your stay… The tables are booked for guests and no one warn about it. There are 2 entrances to the buffet area and the trick is the staff of the hotel stays only on one of them to place you to the „planned“ table. In case you went through the other entrance nobody would say a word… or inform you about „placing plan“. In 35 years of traveling around Asia, Europe, Africa, Americas - this is the firsttime I see the sitting plan for breakfast . The staff fighting with each other in front of the guests. I would say some improvements must be made, otherwise strange hotel - never coming back, never will be recommended.

Schöne moderne Unterkunft, sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind sehr modern und geräumig. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Der Balkon ist wirklich schön. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und qualitativ gut. Der Wellnessbereich/Fitnessraum ist etwas zu klein. Parken ist zu teuer, insbesondere weil die Garage zu klein ist und man dann ungeschützt vor dem Hotel parken muss.

Die Unterkunft ist mit einer Einschränkung perfekt, man sitzt im Zimmer in der Auslage. Wir hatten im 2ten Stock eine Suite, rundherum Fenster, angrenzend waren fast überalle andere Balkone und es gibt nur blickdichte Vorhänge und keine anderen. Also man konnte sich aussuchen, entweder eine wenig Aussicht dafür von allen Seiten zuschsuer oder keine Aussicht. Was auch nicht in Ordnung war. Wir hatten im Waschbecken in der Küche tote Insekten im Wasser schwimmen. Da der Abfluss nicht zum öffnen ging. Und im Schlafzimmer im Schrank lebende Insekten. Und ja ich habe das sogar mit Foto an der Rezeption gemeldet. Und gemeint eine kleine Entschädigung wäre angebracht...ja wir kümmern uns drum..und nichts ist bis zur Abreise passiert...das hat uns gar nicht gefallen...beim Auschecken wurden wir dann vorsichtshalber gar nicht gefragt ob alles ok war Sowas kann natürlich passieren aber dann muss man als hotel auch korrekt handeln... Ansonsten hat alles gepasst und wir würden auch wiederkommen

Sehr schönes Hotel ,freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Modern und mit viel Holz. Leider fehlen normale Vorhänge,es gibt nur Verdunklungsvorhänge daher kann man in jedes Zimmer sehen. Es gibt leider keine Laden. E- Ladestationen vorhanden.

Nahe gelegen an der Bergbahn. Schönes Appartement. Ich finde es übertrieben 8 Euro pro Nacht fürs Parken zu verlangen, wenn es direkt vor den Häusern lediglich 4 Parkplätze gibt. Das Personal an der Rezeption hätte freundlicher sein können. Im Außenbereich gab es viel zu wenig liegen, sodass wir keinen Liegeplatz nutzen konnten. Wir musst nach dem schwimmen auf unbequemen Stühlen platz nehmen. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie es an einem Wochenende ist, da muss man vermutlich stehen. Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erhofft.

Check in und check out ist sehr unpersönlich. Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel sprechen leider kaum deutsch ..im deutschsprachigem Raum etwas schwierig Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr Kundenorientiert es wird der Gast nicht sehr wertgeschätzt. Speisenangebot ist grund solide. Einige Restaurant Mitarbeiter stechen heraus. Zb Daniel. Sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Fitnessbereich müsste besser gepflegt werden. Suite : gute Größe , allerdings fehlt bei 3 Personen Stauraum für Kleidung. Bademantel für Teenager war nicht im Zimmer: Aussage für Kinder gibt es keine Bademäntel
