“It's cheap but other hotels with the same or lower price are much better. A lot of electric appliances in the room are not working and the staff is non-existent. Good and quiet location though. The juice from the "breakfast" was the previous person's and it was open and half of it consumed.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. “Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding. The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... This should have been clearly...

“La habitación individual era pequeñísima, casi era más grande el cuarto de baño que el resto de la habitación. No obstante , el hotel es ideal para conocer Rieti pues está a un paso de la zona histórica. No tenía aparcamiento pero si había un aparcamiento público gratuito a unos doscientos metros que te indicaban en recepción. La televisión de la habitación tenía pocas cadenas que para la tarde noche se echa de menos. Desayuno justo.”
