I stayed 5 nights in a sea view balcony room. Amazing view from the balcony! There are a few quirks with this hotel. As other reviews may have mentioned, there is no elevator(lift) so be prepared to be going up and down stairs for the duration of the stay. And at night this will likely be in the dark since the stairways are not lit (at least not during my stay). The hallways are lit with motion detected lights but they go off as soon as you enter the stairway. There is a popular restaurant attached to the hotel that features a live band several nights a week. If you are in the sea view room then you'll hear the band until close to midnight, so if you're an early to bed kind of person you might want to keep this in mind. Other than this, the hotel was mostly quiet. The safe in my room did not work, apparently a previous guest left it locked and the hotel didn't have a key to open it. The breakfast at this hotel - great! So much food, no way I could eat it all. Really good staff at the restaurant, especially Hasan who was very kind to me. Also many other dining options near the hotel. I would stay there again despite the quirks.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and they have beach chairs and parasols free of charge for hotel guests! The hotel breakfast is also delicious!

Visit i January 2026: Location 5, Serkan, Hasan and Arman 5, Breakfast 5, rooms 1. Will never come back to this cave. Parking listed as available-closed, furniture black with pilled off paint, in the rooms no space for third suitcase, bathrooms outdated and leaking everywhere, and worst: bed bugs. I’m wondering how they get three stars…

Lovely stay

Got a seafront room, it was a real seafront as shown in the pictures. Very close to the the sea where you can clearly hear the sound of the waves. Breakfast is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful

Good Value.

Great location, beach in front of hotel with complimentary sunbeds has its own car park and breakfast is served with a slight difference each day. Not suitable for less mobile people as there is no lift.

Great stay friendly staff

Good location. Very attentive and professional staff. Rooms tastefully decorated and good quality toiletries provided. Tge only negative for me was there were no tea making facilities.

The hotel is located across the beach with nice and relaxing view. However the rooms are very small, they don't reflected the real size that is showed on the website. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

Die Lage ist perfekt, leider auf der Promenade sehr viele freilaufenden Hunde, die ganze Nacht bellen. Nachts ist laut. Zimmer sind klein und die beste Zeit hinter sich gebracht. Der Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend Die Natur ist wunderbar, sehr hübsch, mit vielen Inseln.. zum Frühstück; leider sehr kleine Auswahl, aber alles frisch und lecker.

Odaya sadece yatak sığdırmışlar başka alanınız yok. Klima çok eski o yüzden set degerinde durmuyor ya hep çalışacak hasta olacaksınız yada sıcaktan pişeceksiniz. Herşey okadar eski dökülüyor sakın fotograflara aldanmayın. Oda giriş kapıları eski ahşap ittirsen açılacak heryerden ses geçiriyor kapılar pencereler çok eski. Koridorun öbür tarafındaki en ufak yürüme sesini bile duyarsınız. 4 katlı denize yakın bir otel ama asansörü yok bilginiz olsun. Merdivenlerden pişe pişe elinizde bavulla 4 kat çıkıp inebilirsiniz.Koridorda merdivende hiçbiyerde havalandırma yok. Ya pişeceksiniz ya da odadaki klimadan üşütüp hasta olacaksınız.Odada lamba dahi yok kenarda bi ayna var onun üstünde saçma sapan bir aplik var onunla aydınlatmak zorundasınız:) Banyoda da aydınlatma yok kenar apliği var sadece hani Gerçekten saçma dimi aydınlatma yok.Büyükşehirlerdeki apartmanların garaj/kömürlük katından uydurma oda yapmışlar oda sadece yatak sığacak şekilde(Çift kişilik yatak için 2 yatagı birleştirmişler ortaya ayagınız bacagınız girer ve okadarda konforsuz) yani birine işkence yapmak istesen 1 hafta burda kalmasını sağlamak yeterli.Doğru deneyimlerimi yazdım keşke gerçekçi bir yorum bulsaydım ve buraya gitmeseydim. Wir waren als Paar kürzlich da. Haben zwei Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder gegangen. Im Winter ist da nichts los, sind nach Antalya weitergereist. Die Unterkunft kann man im Sommer buchen, liegt direkt am Strand. Eigener kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ist gegeben. Frühstück war auch ok

çalış plajının tam önünde

Otelde herşey güzeldi. Kahvaltılarda taze sıkılmış portakal suyu, türk kahvesi, amerikano ikramlarin oldu. Tam çalış plajının önünde ve odamız da deniz manzaraliydi. Tek sorun dışardaki tüm gürültü odada. Kapılar eski ve izolasyon sorunu var. Bunun dışında herşey güzeldi.

“Nacizane tavsiyemizdir”

Puanlamamda da belirttiğimiz gibi TEMİZLİK - ÇEVRE - KONUM - SIFIR DENİZ (Çalış Plajı) -RESTAURANT - KAHVALTI - istisnasız Tüm PERSONEL “kibar, yardımsever, güler yüzlü, sempatik, “”sabırsız işyeri kendilerinin”” , tüm bu anlatımımızın ışığında FETHİYE’ye bir sonraki gidişimizde ; ki Fethiye’de CAN DOSTUM ikamet ettiği için mutlaka gideceğim; yine yeniden YASEMİN HOTEL ‘de konaklayacağız. Çalış sahilinde akşamları yürüyüş yapmak çok keyifli oluyor . Migros 250 mt , Çalış çarşısı 750 mt mesafede. Aracınız yoksa çarşı başından heryere toplu taşıma minibüs-otobüs var. Aracınız varsa Fethiye ilçe sınırları içindeki heryere çok kolay ulaşırsınız. Tüm odaları 15 m2 Denize nazır odaların ve Otoparka bakan odaların Balkonları yeterli büyüklükte, Ara odaların balkonları küçük. Biz “ ben ve eşim” ARA odada konakladık ama memnunduk , şikayetimiz olmadı. Zaten odayı yatmadan yatmaya kullandık. 5 gece 6 günlük konaklamamızda sabah kahvaltısından sonra otelden çıkıyor gece yemekten sonra yatmaya geliyorduk. Biz oldukça memnun ayrıldık . Fethiye’ye gitmek ve konaklamak isteyenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Gayet güzel

Tümüyle güzel bir tecrübeydi. Biz memnun kaldık. Kahvaltının serpme olması hoş ama bazı şeyler çok lezzetli olmadığından yenmeyip ziyan oluyor. O bir eksi. Açık büfede herkes yiyeceği kadar alabilirdi. Odalar küçük ama manzara vs harikaydı. Akşamları canlı müziğe denk geldik biz aşağıdaki cafede ve onlar da güzeldi. İlginçtir balkon kapısını kapatınca odaya rahatsız edici bir ses gelmiyor. İstemememize rağmen oda temizlendi her gün. Bir artı olabilir bu da. Biz kendi plajı ve şezlongları olduğunu bilmiyorduk, o da çok iyiydi ve sakindi genel olarak. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kısacası yeniden gelsek yine tercih ederiz.
