Pros: excellent value, kind staff, super clean and modern rooms, tasty and fresh breakfast (cheese, olives, peppers, tomato, cucumber, eggs, bread and spreads). Just removed from the main streets but very walkable and a nice view of the Lycian tombs from the rooftop.

The Small hotel is in a good location up at the back of Fethiye centre area about 10 mins walk to centre. Room was a good size and tidy and well kept with regular cleaning. Breakfast was very good and always some variations that were served to us. Lovely roof terrace with great view for breakfast . Staff really friendly

Fantastic stay, highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay at Uva Rooms. New hotel with modern rooms and facilities. Very clean, comfortable and quiet in a great location a short walk to all sights. We stayed in the standard double which might be a bit small for people with large luggage but they have bigger rooms. Terrace views and breakfast amazing. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful house in the old district of Fethiye. Although there is no dedicated parking, there were plenty of spaces nearby on the road. Everything went smoothly and the accommodation was wonderful. It is a short walk to the tombs and a very good restaurant.

We have a great stay at Uva Rooms! It’s a family run hotel and the staff were brilliant. We had a small issue caused by a city wide power cut and the staff went above and beyond to resolve it. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms and terrace are beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Great location and hospitality

Very nice small boutique hotel owned by a brother and sister. They renovated their grandmothers house into this beautiful hotel located in downtown within walking distance of the main markets, shops, restaurants, mosque, waterfront, and bus stop to the beaches and other areas. The lovely included breakfast was served on the terrace on the top floor with wonderful views and they also serve pay for food and drinks as well. We stayed in 2 different rooms as shown in the photos.

The hotel itself is clearly new and very clean, the rooms were small but enough for us! The only con I can think of is the lack of parking around the hotel, the streets are very narrow and you need to park and walk a couple mins to the hotel. It is very close to the city centre;maybe a 5-6 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast terrace was very nice and had a great view of the city and marina. It’s also quiet during the night which is very nice.

We booked this hotel based on its overwhelmingly positive reviews and high ratings, but unfortunately our experience was quite the opposite. From the moment we arrived, the hotel fell well short of expectations. Our room was located at street level, and noise was a constant issue. We could hear conversations, people passing by, and general street activity throughout the day and night, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. The bathroom offered very little privacy. There was no lock on the door, and the setup felt more like a converted cupboard than a proper bathroom, which was surprising and disappointing. We also discovered that the mini fridge in our room was not working and had to request a replacement. While the issue was eventually resolved, it’s not something guests should have to deal with upon arrival. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. Daily room cleaning was advertised, yet our room was not serviced during our stay. Breakfast was equally underwhelming. The selection was very limited, and basic items frequently ran out without being replenished in a timely manner. It certainly did not meet the standard we expected based on the hotel’s reviews and marketing. What was most disappointing was the stark contrast between our experience and the glowing reviews online. We rarely leave negative reviews, but given how different our stay was from what we were led to expect, we feel future guests deserve a more balanced perspective before booking.

Kahvalti icin bir beklentiniz olmasin 2 kisilik gelen kahvaltida peynirler gercekten kibrit kutusu kadar kisi basi birer dilim ve 2 ser zeytin eklenmisti. Cay yerine sabah kahvaltida 1 kahve isteyince ek ucret odedik. Ve kahvaltida istedigimiz 1 er adet su icin de ayni sekilde ek ucret odedik. Bunlar buyuk mevlalar degil zaten tatile geldik tabi ucretsiz sinirsiz bi hizmet beklemiyoeuz ama daha once bir suru kucuk isletmenin pansiyonumda kaldim boyle kucuk hesaplarla karsilasmadim. Odada klima vardi temizdi oda temizligini de istege bagli yapiyorlardi ucretli mi diye soramadik. Mini dolap calismiyordu bunu ilettigimizde terastaki dolaba iceceklerimizi koyabilecegimizi soylediler.
