Plaja yakınlığı, çevrede park sorunu olmaması nedeniyle tercih edilir. Fakat çok gürültülü bir konumda olduğu için kafa dinlemek zor olur.

Bir takım yenilemeler yapılmış ancak çok eski bazı yerler kalmış. Durumu fotoğraflardaki gibi değil. Banyoda ciddi bir koku vardı. Banyo tavanı küflüydü ve küf kokuyordu. Odalarda sigara içilmez yazıyor ancak banyodan sigara kokusu geliyordu. Balkon kapısında sinek teli yoktu. Klima çok eskiydi ve ayar yapılmıyordu.
