AMAZING STAY.

My husband and I were very impressed with tge hotel, all the staff and management. All was quality from check in to departure. The staff smiled and made us feel welcome. I would very much recommend the hotel to family and friends. Will be booking for next year.

Beautiful peaceful place

This was my first time visiting Turkey and Magic Tulip, firstly greeted warmly made to feel at home.. the staff are the kindest people who just want to help you, the breakfast as compared to friends and family is actually one of the best breakfasts offered in a hotel in the area! Service is amazing and the rooms are fitted and spacey washrooms/Hot water etc.. couldn’t be faulted at any point the cleaners who clean daily are just lovely people everyone down to the chef are just very nice people and the hotel facilities are all round great the pool is very nice bit cold of a morning but balances itself out perfectly very quickly with quality sun lounges around it. I’ll definitely be staying here again

Worst breakfast we had on our entire holiday by far. The room was old (pictures were curling off the wall, the bathroom furniture was deteriorated), and the AC was very hard to control. There was only a thin bedsheet that felt more like a towel, since the AC was difficult to control, the room was freezing. There was no kids pool although advertised. There was also no babybed provided upon arrival, when we asked for it, the person at the reception had no clue. Luckily we found one in the hallway. We could here the music from the neighbouring bars clearly in our room. All in all, would not recommend staying here. Especially not with small children.

Gostei muito da recepção e dos quartos.

O Magic Tulip Hotel tem uma boa administração, fui bem recepcionada, o quarto era amplo, limpo, confortável, a vista da varanda bem bonita. E fica em frente a rua que dá na praia. O café da manhã é muito dificil pra julgar, pois moro no Brasil, que tem o melhor café da manhã do mundo. Qualquer outro cafe da manha, seja de que país for, não seja comparável.

Der Hauptrezeptionist ( ein kräftiger türkischer Mann im mittleren Alter) war sehr unfreundlich beim Empfang, die Reservierung wurde nicht direkt gefunden. obwohl kurz vorher telefonischer Kontakt bestand. Bezahlung sollte sofort beim Check In erfolgen. Unüblich. Dann wurde ein falsches Zimmer ausgegeben wo wir 1/5 Nächten verbrachten. Nach dem Expedia Hotline kontaktiert wurde, die Zimmeraustattung war spartanisch in die Jahre gekommen und Altbacken. Staub und Schmutz, Housekeeping Service von Schulnoten Stand her eher ungenügend. Preise im Hotel für Getränke überteuert. Familienunfreundlich. Es fehlen Sicht und Nachtschutz Gardinen für die Privatsphäre. Die Klimaanlagen in diesem Hotel sind eine Zumutung. Man holt sich vermutlich Gesundheitsschädliche Erkrankungen durch die Uralten Geräte. Fleckige Matratzen. Defekte Fernbedienungen für die Klimaanlagen die mal funktioniert hat und mal nicht. Mangelhafte Rechnung mit falschen Daten angaben sowie auf türkischer Sprache. Bilder sprechen Bände. Frühstück wurde nicht genutzt Preis überteuert, Pool wurde nicht benutzt da der anliegende Strand in der nähe lieber genutzt wurde. Erstes Zimmer was wir bekamen hatte einen vergammelten und übelriechenden Kühlschrank der außer Funktion war. Ich hätte dieses Hotel niemals gebucht, wenn ich von all diesen Problemen vorher gewusst hätte. Nähe zum Strand ist einziger Pluspunkt. Siehe Bilder! Kann allen nur raten: Finger weg, lieber ein anderes Hotel !

Ik vond het een aangename ervaring in dit hotel. De locatie was perfect op een wandelafstand van de Ölüdeniz. Op vlak van hygiëne was alles tip top in orde. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding vond ik ook zeker niet slecht. Ontbijt was een open buffet wat ook mooi was en lekker ruime keuze. Enkel de airco op de kamer stond gericht naar het bed waardoor ik verkouden was geworden. Al bij al heb ik een aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit hotel.

Çok fazla seçenek olduğu için gerçekten çok araştırıp gittik. Otel ve odalar gayet temizdi. Çalışanları da oldukça ilgili. Zaten otelde çok vakit geçirmediğimiz için bizim için oldukça yeterliydi. Sadece kahvaltı bir tık iyileştirilebilir ve odalara su konabilir. Gece 12’de anca varabilmiştik ve hiç duracak vaktimiz olmadığı ve çok yorulduğumuz için su alamamıştık. İstedik hemen verdiler tabii sorun olmadı ama yine de odalara su konabilir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederim.

Oludeniz Beach hotel

Location wise it's great. It's 5 Minutes of a walking distance to the beach. However, the cleanliness of the room needs more attention. The floors needs to be vroomed and mopped every day as the guests are regularly coming back from the beach with sand. In terms of breakfast, bigger plates needs to be served for the hot food. The drinks needs to be more selective with a variety of options. Not only water with sugar or black coffee. Some guests are lactose sensitive, other options of milk should be provided. Also, not all the rooms had a kettle to heat water, think about providing one in each room. If you could have better quality of fridge as well, ours was missing shelves and stinked with fish smell. Water bottles are not provided in the room service at all either. It doesn't matter if the hotel is not considered bed and breakfast, water should be provided once a day. Everything about the service needs to be re evaluated. The employees however were sweet and hospitable.Thank you
