Room was clean, large and nice balcony. BUT room I was in on the first floor, facing the property restaurant and street was by the corner of the stairs and you can hear constant traffic up and down the stairs. The worst thing was a night bar across the street, music was blasting till 1 am every day, so loud that you can feel the walls vibrated, extremely noisy, drunk people screaming, singing. No rest if you plan to go to bed at 10-11 pm. Absolute horrible experience. We spend 5 nights in this hell. My friends were on the top floor, but noise was awful there as well from the next street over even after 1 am in the morning. No rest whatsoever. We complaint to the front desk, but the answer was - no other rooms to move us, and this is city ordinance that they can play this loud music at night. I don’t know how we survived there for 5 nights, I was counting days to departure. Pillow menu was nice, you can choose memory foam pillows, very comfortable.

Lovely escape

It was very quiet and comfortable stay. Turkish breakfast was very delicious. Location is very close to beach and restaurants. We will definitely return back this hotel. Thanks for lovely break.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We wanted for nothing during our stay. It can be a little noisy at night with the local bars but the hotel provide earplugs.

Kassandra hotel is one of the best hotels ive stayed in. Beautiful rooms, large terrace with a hot tub. Breakfast is amazing!! And the restaurant food is also amazing. They gave me a special bottle of wine on my birthday and the last night we stayed as a thank you for us choosing the hotel. Pool was quiet overally had a really amazing stay thank you so much! Will definitely be returning!

Nice Boutique Hotel with comfortable rooms. Very nice staff. Nice breakfast included. Beginning of May the Pool was cold. Near to the Beach. But also near to the Bars and Restaurants. At night it is loud in the neighbourhood (Musicbars).

This was the second time me and my partner stayed at Kassandra. Our first time was so incredible we came back agian and the experience was just as good. Great staff, fantastic pool area with a really chill vibe. The bed was extremely comfortable too. This is a perfect place to stay for couple. I do think the breakfast would be better if there was more options or even and a small buffet to choose from. This is a very minor negative in my opinion. Highly recommend this hotel, thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine too on arrival this was a very kind gesture.

We had a wonderful stay at Kassandra Boutique. It's a beautiful hotel, they have kept the greek theme from hotel rooms to outdoor area which makes it standout compared to other hotels nearby. It's an instagrammable hotel. The dining staff and reception staff are very helpful. Breakfast options are a Turkish breakfast or English breakfast. The English breakfast is not halal as it has pork bacon but the pancakes are halal so you can have a mix. The Turkish breakfast is the best, there's a variety of foods, juices and also tea and coffee. They provide water daily, clean daily including new towels and clean bedsheets. They provide toiletries too and also charger adaptors. You also get beach towels for the pool and beach nearby with a Kassandra Boutique bag. They receptionists can advise on what buses to catch and activities you can take park in nearby. Only negative is the music at night, which is not the hotels fault. There is a club opposite the hotel and they play very loud music till 12am and sometimes 1am at night. This has disrupted our sleep and maybe soundproof doors will help for future stays. They provide ear plugs however it's not enough and then you can't hear your alarm. The hotel did their best to make their guests comfortable. We requested an accessible room for someone with mobility issues, and they were able to provide this. I would recommend Kassandra Boutique to others.

This was a hotel with an ideal location. One could walk to the beach in 5 minutes and there were all sorts of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself was lovely, with a private pool area and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this location, if you want easy access to everything.
