Everything great, except rooms

Everything outside of the actual rooms is great. The pool, lobby, breakfast area, the gardens are all perfect. However, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite dated. Also had trouble connecting to WiFi in the room, but was fine around the property

the place is nice. unfortunately room with very small bathroom, found dirty. I asked to change it but I would have had to pay double what I had already paid. It's far from the beach. The restaurant does not carry room service. Nice bar, open until 1.00am

370EUR stolen from our room!

During our recent stay at the hotel for three nights, everything was satisfactory and the service was adequate until the morning of our departure. Upon preparing to leave for the airport, we discovered that 370 EUR had been stolen from our luggage, which was securely stored in our room. We immediately contacted the hotel staff for assistance, but their initial response was, "Sorry, we can't do anything right now." This response was both confusing and unsatisfactory, given that the money was kept inside our room and was intended for use in Istanbul. When we pressed further, the staff responded with, "Why didn't you put the money in the safe locker?" This reaction was both surprising and troubling, as we believed that our belongings would be secure within our room without the need for additional precautions. We are currently awaiting a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Ich finde das Hotel gut, das Abendessen ist echt super und das Hitel ist sehr schön. Nur finde ich schade, dass die Zimmer veraltet sind. Sie sind nicht dreckig, aber halt abgenutzt.

Heel mooi, comfortabel, hygiënisch. Er zijn 3 zwembaden, ontbijt is uitstekend, is vlakbij het strand en is mooi ingericht. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en het hotel heeft papegaaien wat het extra leuk maakt!

6 gecelik seyahatimizde her şey dört dörtlüktü. Açık büfe kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Akşam ve öğle yemeklerinde ek ücret ödeyerek hizmet aldık. Mutfak gayet başarılı ve yeterli. Bardan da memnun kaldık, sadece içecekler oldukça soğuk değildi. Bunu tölere ettik. Yalnızca büyük havuz ve kaplumbağa havuzu kullanabiliyorsunuz, özel odalar için 1 havuz daha var. Biz eksikliğini çekmedik. Otelin bütün hizmetlerinden yararlandık. Özetle Çok memnun kaldığımızı söyleyeceğim. Sadece superior odalardaki yatakları ve diğer malzemeleri değiştirmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Kaldığımız yatak çok gıcırdıyordu. Bahçe manzaralı odadaydık, geceleri çok güzel esiyordu. Rahatça uyuduk. Ayrıca otelin mimarisine bayıldık, kuşlar ve köpeklerin etrafta gezinmesi de çok tatlı. Çalışanlar çok saygılıydı, herkes işini çok iyi yapıyor. Her gün room service'de var. Otelin yeri ve atmosferi şahaneydi. Sessiz sakin ve huzurluydu. Fakat yemekleri için aynı şeyi söylemeyeceğim. Özellikle akşam yemeklerinde ana yemekler rezaletti. Levrek ızgara diye dondurulmuş paket uskumruyu bize yedirmeye çalıştılar. Kahvaltılar iyi fakat çeşitlilik pek yok. Turistlere özel muamele varken Türk müşterilere pek de özenli değiller. Onun dışında denize ve diğer işletmelere yakınlığı ile tercih edilebilir.

Çok güzel bir otel ve deneyimdi

Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve çok yardımseverdi. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Sadece havlular birkaç gün geç geldi, hatırlatmamız gerekti ama o da hemen çözüldü. Ayrıca havuzun saat 10’da açılması çok üzücü, daha erken saatte girmek istemiştik. Bunlar dışında çok güzel tasarlanmış harika bir otel.

Kız kıza tatile geldik oncelikle ortam cok nezih zaten çoğunlugu turistler olusturuyor ve havuz olsun ic mimarisi olsun o kadar guzeldi ki yanıbasımızda oludenize gitmeye ihtiyac duymadık. Olumsuz hicbisey yasamadık tam bir huzur yeriydi. Etrafta araba park edeceginiz yerler de var sorun yasamadık. Fiyatlar şehir fiyatıyla aynı 500tl ye hamburger yiyebiliyorsunuz, kokteyller 450/550. Bizim paketimiz sabah kahvaltısı dahildi. Sabah kahvaltısı cok lezzetli peynirler kaliteli, açık bufeydi. Aksam yemeginde acık bufe yemek isterseniz 1200₺ ki bize gore fiyatı cok normaldi tat ve kalitesine gore tavsiye ederim. Biz Masaj da yaptırdık o da ekonomik paket aldık 2000₺ydi ondan da memnun kaldık. Mutlaka tekrar sevgilimle de gelecegim bi otel. Naçizane onerim servisin biraz daha hızlı olması ve yapılabilirse bi havuzun +16 olması.
