Good hotel in a central location

The hotel is in a great location on the marina and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Although there is no access to a beach, with nice grounds and a good pool for swimming, it is an ideal place to stay for couples or a family. The hotel was clean everywhere and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast room on the roof had nice views and there was a good choice for breakfast. Although comfortable our only slight criticism would be that the room itself was slightly dated and could do with being refurbished; however we would stay here again.

We found the hotel well located and the pool excellent. For an older hotel it’s well kept and very clean, our room was bright with enough space and a good bathroom and very good walk in shower.

The property is in a fantastic location for the old town and is very quiet and relaxed. They have one of the best swimming pools, which is why I booked it. The hotel is dated and not the cleanest, so you're paying high-end prices but don't expect such quality of accommodation

Good and bad

The hotel is in a good location with great views of the marina. Staff at the pool, bar and breakfast are friendly and professional, as is the housekeeping team who keep the rooms very clean. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the reception staff. Our reservation was confirmed by Hotels.com and prepaid, however on arrival we were told there was no record of the booking and they could not help us further. They said the problem was with Hotels.com and not the hotel itself. The second problem came in trying to speak to someone at Hotels.com. No telephone numbers we could find for support in the UK or elsewhere worked and we could not get through to an actual person to talk to. Eventually we found a chat option that wasn't automated and the chat agent contacted the hotel on our behalf to retrieve our booking. The hotel staff finally conceded they had the booking but under "Hotelbeds" rather than Hotels.com. They had already seen our passports by this time and the names on their "Hotelbeds" booking were exactly the same as ours on the Hotels.com booking. They refused to accept their error and said our booking confirmation was worthless as they search reservations by travel agent and not by customer name.Two hours were wasted at considerable expense to us trying to connect to various Hotels.com support lines using our own mobiles. The hotel handled this very badly and Hotels.com need to have easier ways for customers to reach them when there is a problem.

Its a short break hotel ..

We loved the hotel and the staff are the best in Turkiye.the breakfast needs oh so fixing ASAP..its still the covid way ,,,,, the staff cant hear the choice and its very annoying repeatedly asking .also we cant understand why there is no soul at the breakfast. It was a Doctor surgery atmosphere..but we still love the slightly dated hotel .

Süit oda da kaldık ancak oda çok eski havlular artık beyaz değil gri olmuş ve kahvaltı tabuldot gibi kendi alamıyorsın tek tek söylüyorsun birisi veriyor çok sinir bozucu. Otel artık inanılmaz eskimiş. Resepsiyon da ki çalışanların yaklaşımı hoş değildi. Bu kadar parayı hal etmiyor.

Nettes sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles da was man so braucht und sich wünscht. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat war das es kein Schreibtisch oder Tisch in meinem Zimmer vorhanden war an dem man auf dem Computer arbeiten könnte.

Gorgeous hotel in a truly stunning location. The rooms are a bit dated but beautifully clean and the views more than make up for it. The pool area is superb but the outstanding feature of the hotel is the excellent service and wonderful, friendly staff
