I’d love to give this riad a high score. It’s very nice and in a great location deep in the medina. However I am unable to because the owner was unable to find my reservation and was then unwilling to grant a refund through hotels.com. Thankfully my initial reservation was paid for with one key cash so I wasn’t actually out any money.

Ryad a rénové complÚtement Les salles de bains sont affreusement sale et vieillotte. Les canalisations sentent mauvais pire que les célÚbres tanneries de Fez. Les carreaux de faïences sont tous abßmé. CÎté pratique pas de tablettes pour poser sa trousse de toilette et autres articles. Tapis de sol,poubelles ventouses à jeter vue leurs états (voir les photos). Pas d'armoires dans la chambre,ou patÚres pour accrocher les manteaux. Si vous loger dans le patio aucune intimité les portes laissent entrer le jour et le bruit. Vous dormez et les autres clients discutent ou mangent à deux pas de votre chambre. J'ai eu la surprise de tomber sur des cloportes et cafards (photos) La WiFi est de qualité trÚs trÚs médiocre. Nous avons passés un maximum de temps à l'extérieur pour éviter de rester dans ces odeurs nauséabonde. Bref je recommande aucunement ce ryad. Petit déjeuner basique. Personnels gentil serviable mais pas professionnel pour un sous. Pendant une semaine le pdj nous as était servi par un homme malade qui as passé son temps à renifler ou à dormir sur la banquette du patio entre deux services. Nous sommes trÚs déçu par ce ryad d'antan plus que durant le séjour nous avons eu l'occasion d'en visiter plusieurs et ils étaient magnifiques et dépourvu d'odeur dérangeantes. C'était la période de fin d'année donc impossible de trouver un hÎtel avec des chambres libre. TrÚs mauvaise expérience dans le ryad gzira. Comment un site comme Hotels.com peux proposé et référencé ce ryad?
