“Our fist visit to Montrose. Lovely hotel which met all our needs in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, amenities and location. We had a very plentiful, tasty breakfast. Great atmosphere in the evening when there was a live band and a busy function suite. Have already recommended this hotel and this town to friends.”

“Evan though the hotel is a few miles from Arbroath, it is an excellent location for the beach for walking and swimming and a very nice property. Excellent morning breakfast as well as a good supper menu”

“Nos dieron un apartamento muy cómodo, con un salon muy amplio y acogedor y una cocina amplia y equipada con todo lo necesario. TV con netflix. Camas comodas. Lo único, que el baño necesita una reforma, pero aún así, estaba muy limpio. Es un apartamento en un pueblo pesquero pequeñito pero encantador. ”

“Staff welcoming. Room and beds clean. Lovely shower. Just a little suggestion that reception at the beginning recommend guests speak to owners when bringing bikes outside during the evening. Owner understandably concerned but a little abrupt.”

“We arrived late after dinner in Gino’s a nice little Italian restaurant in Stonehaven. Michelle got us acquainted and quickly checked in leaving us a nice homemade tasty chocolate treat which went great with our early morning coffee. David “Bend it like Beckham” (kidding) greeted us for breakfast leaving a plate of Scottish Pancakes that brought back fond childhood memories. Breakfast was superb. “Lovely stay. Sea view room with patio doors looking onto the golf course. Nice big room although needs a bit of doing up to modernise it. Used the pool, steam room and jacuzzi which were great. Breakfast was nice. Plenty to choose from.”
