My stay wasn’t the best as one can expect, to start with I was given a room without view. The cleanness of the room was fair by Italian standards. A night staff member was horrible as he racially profiled me. The rest of the staffs were great, as what you expect in a hotel of such standards. The breakfast was very basic and nothing to write. The business friendliness is great as they have few amenities and location of the hotel great.

Terrible staff and living on a construction site

Unfriendly, disrespectful and inattentive staff. No mention of the whole hotel undergoing renovations which caused noise and overall discomfort. You practically had to walk through a construction site to get to your room. We definitely was met with a feeling of contempt because of our young age, despite having paid the same as everyone else for the stay. Would never return…

Ein sehr tolles Konzept und hochwertig eingerichtetes Hotel. Tolles Personal und ein gutes Frühstück. Uns hat es sehr gefallen auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber ich liebe auch in die Jahre gekommende Jeans, denn diese sind nicht kaputt und wertlos sondern nur in die Jahre gekommen und etwas verschlissen. Ein Hotel welches einen sehr positiven Charakter hat. Wir empfehlen es weiter.

Seconda volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel, entrambe per potere assistere al Ferrara Summer festival. Ottima esperienza di soggiorno con una ottima colazione oltre ad essere vicino al luogo del concerto. A due passi dal castello Estense e al centro cittadino dove potete trovare di tutto. Tornerò sicuramente per la terza volta.
