“This motel is located in a quiet town north of Christchurch. Although it is close to the highway, we were not affected by any noise. The bed and lounge were comfortable and the two bedroom “apartment” we booked was very spacious. The kitchenette had all the basic equipment we would expect in a kitchenette, which allowed us to cook a meal. There is a 4 Square supermarket within easy walking distance. We were happy with our choice, spending one night here.”

“It was good overall but the reason I didn’t rate a 5 star was because there was either bed bugs or flea in one of the rooms. I got bites all over the body and very itchy. I still got another 10 days on the road so that makes it quite frustrating.
The place is great, just need to deal with the bug bites.”
