Another pleasant stay here, staff are friendly and the service is good. A good breakfast is available with a good variety of options. Also the restaurant runs daily specials which helps bring some welcomed alternatives to the menu.

Staff are great and very freindly, rooms are clean and well presented the air con is a blessing on the warm days. Bath showers could do with having thermostatically controlled bath mixer taps as very easy scald yourself.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room overlooking the river was clean, quiet and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. All the staff were exceptional and welcoming and the breakfast included a wide range of options to cater for all needs. A good end to our holiday.

It might sound like a cliché and a bit over the top but I think this is one of the best hotels in the world. The location is great, ample parking, the location next to the river gives the hotel a great atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the service matches, even when the restaurant is very busy. A nightcap after dinner on the terrace by the river on a warm summer evening! What more could you want? Highly recommended!
