Hyggeligt hotel i flot bygningsværk. Gode komfortable værelser og god service ved check-in. Morgenmad med godt udvalg. Lidt skuffende aftensmad i restauranten, vi havde forventet at det var mere autentisk mad og mindre kommercielt.

Både ris och ros!

Mycket mysig och trevlig anläggning med vackert läge, och en härlig bastu vid sjön. Dock ligger gästhuset 300 meter bort och är helt utan charm, tyvärr.

Bei der Buchung hätte man betonen müssen, dass die Zimmer Maisonnettezimmer sind. Also befindet sich das Bett im Obergeschoss. In unserem Alter hätte ich nie ein derartiges Zimmer genommen. Treppensteigen ist nicht für jeden geeignet. Dadurch wirkte der Rest des Zimmers ungemütlich.

Die sehr ruhige Lage zwischen dem breiten und schmalen Luzin, das Zimmer (wir haben übrigens ein kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten) und das sehr freundliche Personal haben uns sehr gut gefallen, prima Frühstücksbuffet und hochwertige Speisen. Schön wäre noch eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, aber den Platz direkt am See ist natürlich auch eine schöne Alternative. Wir haben unseren 3-Tage Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

- landschaftlich reizvoll gelegen, tolles Frühstücksbuffet am See. - die Immobilie ist jedoch ziemlich abgewirtschaftet, kaputte Fenster, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, da z.B. der Schrank davor steht, das werbewirksam versprochene W-LAN gab es nur häppchenweise - das Personal wohnt bei den Gästen, kaum deutsche Angestellte - das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, die Tempo 30-Zone interessiert keinen LKW- und keinen Motorradfahrer - insgesamt viel zu teuer für den nur durchschnittlichen Service

Das Zollhaus ist schön gelegen, mit toller Aussicht zum See. Das Restaurant ist top. Das Essen sehr fein und empfehlenswert. Der Service war auch super. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Enttäuscht hat uns das Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Es hat stark nach Pferdegeschmack gerochen und war eher karg eingerichtet. Somit sind wir etwas früher abgereist.

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Feldberger Seelandschaft, fernab von Stress und Hektik.Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See.Prima Sauna mit direktem Seezugang und angenehmen Ruhebereich, aktuelle Zeitschriften waren ebenfalls vorhanden.Die Gaststube des alten Zollhauses war gemütlich und urig.Ein umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot mit gutem Kaffee vom netten Servicepersonal betreut machten den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Das morgendliche Bad im See in bester Wasserqualität können wir nur empfehlen

Very nice hotel directly at a beautifull lake.

Excellent breakfast buffet, eat directly (!) at the lake. Helpfull multilingual staff, take a swim 3 meters from the modern sauna. Boats + bikes for hire. Marvelous countryside!

Overnight gem

We stopped overnight here and stayed in the guest house which is located a short stroll from the main hotel. The guest house is more like a motel type room lacking character but was fine for the in einem night. The actual hotel is located by the dam and it was lovely to sit out and drink a beer by the side of it. We also walked into nearby Feldberg an der around the half island which was interesting. The restaurant food and also breakfast was tasty with good choices.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Wasser

Wir haben uns dieses Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Radwandertour über den Uckermärkischen Radrundweg ausgesucht. Der Empfang war weniger einladend, da uns nicht bewusst war, dass wir im separaten Gästehaus unterkommen, vielleicht haben wir das bei der Buchung übersehen. An sich kein Problem, doch wollten wir vor dem Abendessen gerne noch die Sauna benutzen, die sich im Haupthaus befindet. Wir sind es gewohnt, mal eben aus dem Hotelzimmer im Bademantel in die Sauna zu gehen und gleichermaßen wieder zurück. Das macht sich aber ziemlich blöd, wenn man dafür an der gut befahrenen Hauptstraße im Bademantel "entlangwandert". Der Hotelinhaber hat sich erst gar nicht und später recht unfreundlich "unseres Problems" angenommen, mit dem Vorwurf doch gleich bei ihm zu buchen und nicht über Expedia. Man bot uns ein Doppelzimmer im Haupthaus für 125,- €/Nacht an. Wir fanden die 87,- € für das DZ/inkl. FS im Gästehaus schon ziemlich sportlich. Fazit: Saunagänger bitte darauf achten, im Haupthaus unterzukommen. Dennoch ist das Doppelzimmer im Gästehaus sehr großzügig und freundlich ausgestattet. Bisschen kleines Bad, das geht aber für ein, zwei Nächte. Allerdings ist dieses Gästehaus bei weitem nicht so einladend und attraktiv wie das Haupthaus am Wasser, das müssen Gäste bei der Buchung unbedingt berücksichtigen. Unterm Strich war es, mal abgesehen vom dem unfreundlichen Empfang, ein schöner Aufenthalt und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Gute Küche, einfache Zimmer

Das Gästehaus ist nicht schlecht, aber etwas muffig, so dass wir dass Preis-Leistungsverhältnis etwas kritisch sehen. Die Küche war gut, die Zimmer im Gästehaus eher auf Pensionsniveau. Da aber die Natur um Feldberg so wunderbar ist, ist es am Ende egal.
