The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process, making our arrival quick and easy. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was very helpful, there was an issue with my room and they were quick to resolve which was very appreciated. The hotel itself looks recently renovated but simple things such as AC and toiletries should be upgraded. Very little airflow / cooling which made it difficult to rest. Bigger hotels like these shouldn’t overlook things that enhance overall guest experience.

Room was a decent size with balcony and a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety. I was under the impression hotel would have loungers on the beach, but had to purchase. I give it a 3 for the lack of cleaning in the room and pool, and no parking. They only made the beds and changed towels for the 4 days. Floors were dirty with sand from day 1. We didn’t swim in the pool due to lots of bugs and debris. Had to park far on the street.

The location is amazing, with such a gorgeous little Cala across the road. We loved that you can use the spa, included in your stay, and the buffet breakfast not only has a huge selection, of good quality products, but there is even Cava to toast with! The staff were all lovely and as we stayed in April, the price point was incredible value. I will only say a few things let it down - no shampoo in the bathroom (only one shower gel), the rain shower was so weak, and the towels maybe we brand new as they left white bits all over our skin and just slid over us rather than actually drying us if that makes sense. So the actually bathroom experience was really bad, and a few simples fixes could make this hotel a 10/10.

The hotel is new and looks great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We felt very taken care of while we were there. Cala Marsal is beautiful, the hotel being right opposite the beach is really convenient. It is also a short walk to Portocolom for more eating options. We used it as our to visit Porto Cristo and Cala D'or I would definitely stay with them again.

The hotel is renovated, with large and clean rooms. 5 stars for daily cleaning and towel changes. The food is practically the same every day, but there's a wide selection. A big plus for the beautiful beach across from the hotel, although sunbeds are available for a fee. Unfortunately, the pools aren't heated. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation.

The entire hotel was very clean, including the spa/sauna, restaurant and outdoor area. Shower pressure & temperature no problems, comfy bed, and a nice balcony. I selected half board option and I'm glad I did! Both breakfast and dinner buffet were plentiful and fresh, different types of food to chose from, and every day there was something different for the main for dinner. I was so full after breakfast so I didn't really need to have lunch during my stay. There were also some nice cafes and restaurants close to the hotel, and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The beach parasol, sunbed and security box were so affordable to rent for the whole day (about £16 pp), unlike other Mediterranean beach resort. Reception, restaurant waiting staff, housekeeping staff were all friendly and kind. I'd definitely come back to this hotel again for a relaxing solo holiday :) (*One request I have for the hotel would be to have a kettle in a room, or rent a kettle at the front desk!)

The hotel is gorgeous, really spacious and the bed was super comfy. The food needs improving significantly. The best thing about this hotel is their staff. They are all so polite and helpful and welcoming. Special recognition for the receptionists (magdalena I think her name was?) and the entertainer who did archery and shooting (I think he was Italian, tattoos) he was so great! The singer on the first night (Maritza Conradie) was unbelievable. We don’t think she should be singing in a hotel, she should be on broadway! She blew us away! The food was the biggest let down. They need proper vegan options. With how nice the hotel was we had high expectations for the food but it just let us down completely. We’re vegan, and we were pretty hungry after meal times. Also, when something is without meat it needs its own serving spoon/tongs. We had some plain tomato sauce and pasta, and I pulled out 2 meat bones of my mouth that were in the sauce from people using the same spoons. It was disgusting. The salad bar, everything was full of tuna as everyone was just mixing and using the same spoons as there wasn’t one in each bowl for each ingredient. It’s a lack of control and hygiene and it really made us feel sick. The vegetable paella was burnt and tasted bad because of this. no complimentary water in the room either… We would return to this hotel as the staff were just so welcoming and the hotel in itself was lovely, but the food needs to improve dramatically beforehand.

Overall we had an amazing stay and this is a great base if you want to go Cala hopping/exploring this part of the island! With that being said, there were definitely some things about our stay that could have been improved upon. ROOMS: The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. However our refrigerator did NOT work, and they didn’t come to fix it even after we asked. So we couldn’t store any of our leftover food or drinks during the 4 days we were there which was frustrating as paying for every meal and drink starts to get expensive and adds up. AMENITIES: Pro tip is get to the breakfast buffet as soon as it opens!!! It makes a MASSIVE difference in quality of meal you are getting. The pool was great but I found the pool and surrounding area to be a bit dirty at times. STAFF: This is where things seemed to fall short. The majority of our interactions with staff were at the pool bar and it left something to be desired. They did not seem very happy whenever we approached them and on top of that they seemed to have little knowledge of the menu. The inconsistency with drinks and prices was very surprising. It seemed to be different every time.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but we probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again. The location is great, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the gym. The steam room was okay, but the sauna could be improved. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool wasn’t very appealing. One thing that disappointed us was that many services came with extra charges. We had to pay for the safe, and even using the luggage scale cost extra. It would also be much more convenient if guests could add breakfast or half board during their stay instead of having to pay separately each time. The breakfast and dinner were average. They weren’t bad, but they also didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price. The staff at the towel desk were the biggest disappointment. They were often unfriendly, not very reliable, and we had to wait because they didn’t arrive on time. Overall, the hotel has a good location and some nice facilities, but there are several areas that could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. While the food was good overall, we especially enjoyed the dinners because each evening featured a different theme. This made every meal feel unique, and we loved having the opportunity to try a variety of delicious dishes. Although we did not spend much time in our room, we loved our partial sea view, especially in the mornings. One thing that surprised us was that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Since there were no windows, the bathroom felt like a sauna after taking a shower. I would also recommend bringing a travel-size hair dryer. The hotel hair dryer is mounted very close to the wall, and the cord does not extend, making it difficult to use comfortably. In addition, you have to continuously hold down the button while drying your hair, which was quite challenging when trying to use a blow-dry brush at the same time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and for being so welcoming, friendly, and fun throughout our visit.

We had a great time at the hotel. Great activities, pools, and facilities on offer. The entire site is well maintained and the indoor spa was a lovely bonus. The rooms were nice and clean with good aircon and our stay was quiet. The location is far from Palma but not impossible to travel with buses or taxis. Hotel breakfast was great ever making with lots of choices. Some more umbrellas near the pool beds would have been nice but that is pretty much the only criticism we could think of!
