Chegamos e a recepcionista estava fazendo as unhas, não pediu documento no check-in. O hotel tem duas entradas com nomes diferentes e dentro parecia uma vila. No quarto havia filhote de barata, a coberta estava furada e as fotos não correspondiam. onde mostrava ar-condicionado havia apenas uma TV pequena. O estacionamento estava em reforma e nos direcionaram a outro local, mas ao chegar já estava ocupado, depois providenciaram outro para estacionar. No check-out nem houve atendimento, o porteiro da frente apenas pegou a chave. A localização é ruim, com muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga. Único ponto positivo: o porteiro, que foi muito atencioso.

O atendimento na recepção foi bom inicialmente, porém, outro funcionário demonstrou extrema arrogância. A hospedagem não oferece cestos para lixo orgânico e simplesmente me instruíram a descartar restos de comida na rua. Além disso, anunciam ar-condicionado, mas o quarto não possui esse item. Também não há restaurante no local, frigobar no quarto, nem qualquer sistema de climatização. Quanto à arrumação, os funcionários entram no quarto sem qualquer solicitação prévia, o que compromete a privacidade dos hóspedes. Outro ponto decepcionante foi o café da manhã. Embora seja anunciado como disponível mediante pagamento, na prática, não há essa opção dentro da pousada. Os próprios funcionários orientam os hóspedes a buscar alimentação em um estabelecimento externo, pois o local não dispõe de restaurante ou lanchonete. Se você busca um lugar tranquilo para descansar após uma viagem cansativa, esta pousada não é a melhor opção. O ambiente é inadequado para quem deseja sossego, com a presença de profissionais do ramo e ruídos incômodos durante a estadia. Esse tipo de hospedagem não deveria estar listado no hotéis.com, mas sim em outras plataformas com propostas diferentes. Felizmente, minha experiência foi limitada a apenas uma noite.

Precisa atualizar as informações dos sites de venda. Quando cheguei lá o quarto não era como eu tinha solicitado e pagado pelo site. Eu tive que pagar a diferença para pegar um quarto, por sorte havia disponível, que não foi do meu agrado mas deu para passar a noite. A manta foi entregue no balcão da recepção sem assepsia alguma. Controles da TV e ar condicionado estavam danificados e deu trabalho para colocar para funcionar. Mas o banheiro e quarto estavam muito bem limpos e organizados.
