Experiência negativa. O ar-condicionado não funcionava corretamente e não gelava. Tenho 51 anos e problemas de coluna, e no check-in solicitei um quarto no térreo, pois o hotel não possui elevador, mas fui colocado em um quarto nos fundos, diferente das fotos apresentadas no aplicativo. O atendimento na recepção também deixou a desejar. Outro ponto estranho foi o preço na recepção ser menor que o valor cobrado no site. Infelizmente, não pretendo voltar.
