La ubicación del hotel perfecta, a solo una cuadra la estación de tren (metro) que conecta directamente con el aeropuerto y se puede transbordar hacia el centro donde está la famosa antena de Seattle. LO MEJOR: LA AMABILIDAD DEL PERSONAL, desde los recepcionistas, camareros e incluyendo quienes atienden la cafetería.

Horrible! Read the other reviews. This is common. My room was confirmed 7 days in advance. WorldMark sent multiple emails looking forward to my stay. Even the day before. When I fly in and check-in at the desk they tell me they overbooked and canceled my room. The staff was unwilling to help. They gave me an 800 number to call and said to call them. I had a meeting scheduled in 30 minutes and no time to find another hotel. They do this often based on reviews. I would not gamble booking a reservation here until they learn to treat customers better. They even emailed me thanking me for staying with them and asking for feedback...unbelievable.

My stay at Cecil Bacon Manor was certainly one to remember! While it was only a few short days for a work trip, I had a wonderful experience all around. David was extremely helpful, hospitable, and easily reachable. Breakfast was delicious, individually made with care, and I really enjoyed the opportunity to chat with other travelers from all over the world. The manor has a certain character and historical charm that makes it unlike any other stay I've had before! I will definitely be returning if I am back in the Seattle area and recommend highly for any other travelers if you are passing through!
