Fayetteville house.

My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. The a/c made a lot of noise every time it came on and it's right by the master bedroom window. The kitchen had most appliances but please get a toaster and a regular coffee maker. The house had some Keurig coffee cups and some protein bars.
