Room Conditions Upon Arrival

I didn’t like how the room had burn holes in the sheet, burn marks from cigarettes on the sink, smoke stains in the shower curtain, and cracked mirror above the jacuzzi. Not to mention the tv didn’t even work. On a positive side the bed itself was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in the room was incredible. There seemed to have been a remodel done at one point, but the overall appearance of the room was lack luster when my husband and I arrived for our stay. Staff was great and friendly.

Ongoing renovations give hope

As with the last time I stayed, there was a big crack in the bathroom, this time in the shower. The soap dish was hanging by a thread. The mirror was also cracked, but comfort and cleanliness were in good supply. I was a little disappointed to see a couple of roaches this time: one adult and one baby, seen on different days. There's a nice room for breakfast, but they only offer coffee and juice. That wasn't a problem for me this time, but it's another way in which the property has unrealized potential.
