Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, the property did not feel clean, secure, or ready for guests. When we arrived, the back door was cracked open with the key still in it, which immediately made us uncomfortable. Inside, we found a drink bottle under the couch, bugs crawling in the bathroom sink, hairs on the upstairs counters, and bedrooms that appeared not to have been properly cleaned. One bed looked like it had been slept in and quickly covered back up, while another was completely unmade with a visibly dirty mattress. The bedding also had an unpleasant odor. Many of the blinds throughout the property were broken, bent, or twisted. Between the open back door, the condition of the bedrooms, and the cleanliness issues, we were extremely uncomfortable staying there. We cannot confirm whether someone had been inside before our arrival, but that was our concern based on what we found. Overall, the property did not feel sanitary, secure, or properly prepared for guests.
