Fantastic Hotel! We stopped by Fatima and the staff was great, rooms super clean, the best location walking distance from the Main Basilica, adorable! Highly recommended. Staff was very nice and helpful, they called a Cab for us, gave us directions, they removed all the hassle!

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The room itself is very basic and disappointing. For a 3-star hotel, I expected a reasonable level of comfort and essential convenities. Unfortunately, there is no in-room safety deposit box, no hot water for making tea or coffee, and no tissues or napkins provided Despite the good location and exterior, helpful staffs, but basic amenities are lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who value basic comfort and convenience

Location is right by the Basilica. They have restaurant in premises. Breakfast is good, can't complain. The only thing that missing is that they don't have coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was good experience. Staff were very helpful to get me hot water for my coffee and tea in the evening.

Right from my arrival the staff were very welcoming and very professional. They were generous with time, and very patient. All very approachable, reception, management, bar and kitchen staff. All great. The room was very comfortable. The hotels design is classic and unique with attention to detail. The design seems based on Japanese culture. The room dividers, the wicker work or lattice work design, the soft colours, pervaded throughout the hotel.

Excellent breakfast choices and very good value. The only disappointment was the lack of tea making facilities in our room which we have become used to having in UK hotels.
