Overall satisfied and recommended

The location is very good. I just wish the person I met in the reception is more friendly; while I do understand that sometimes it's a cultural thing, being in a tourism industry you are expected to be warm and friendly receiving your guests.

We like everything, especially the owner who is very helpful and accommodating. She even drove us to the bus station at midnight to travel to Lisbon airport. I highly recommend the Fatima guest house.

Decepcionante. Una atención pésima e irresponsable. Nos dejaron en la calle, sin opción alternativa apropiada y Habiendo una persona con deficiencia en la movilidad. Tampoco Hay aparcamiento, lo cual ofertan. Imagino que el resto será similar de desconcertante. Tuve la gran fortuna de no comprobarlo y pernoctar en otro y por consiguiente, doy gracias a la Santísima virgen por guiarme.

Disaster, the room was cold even though the heater was constantly on. No radiator in the bathroom, impossible to have a shower. The hallway radiator was no working. Staff was constantly out. Perhaps it is ok in summer time, but not in winter.

The Guesthouse is very close to the main Fatima shrine so we could walk there in 2 minutes. It is in the center of town also close to restaurants. Nice friendly staff and clean.

Boa relação custo/benefício

O quarto é moderno, tudo novo e limpo. A recepção é que está sempre vazia, e o elevador nem sempre funciona. Estacionamento só público. Se cuidarem mais a fachada e o atendimento, podem cobrar até mais... Mas é bom na relação custo/benefício.
