A wonderfully immersive experience! Whether you want to enjoy the beautiful pools & spa or trek further afield to visit the sweet nearby towns and trullis, the Borgo is the perfect place to be situated. From the beginning we were well taken care of by Giovanni the concierge, Ciro our on-site ‘mentor’, and the lovely La Frasca breakfast waitress from Locorotondo who provided dinner recommendations in our village. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing hotel at decent price when off season. Free pilates, yoga, kids club and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was phenomenal. I have travelled many places but this is pure luxury at affordable price in a wonderful location. We will definitely come back.

This Hotel is both outstanding in some respects and has negatives in other respects. We had one of the villas. We were not told that our villa was up the stairs. We were there in June with 90 degrees temperature, and had to walk several minutes outside and then climb the stairs in the heat. Its location is also away from practically everything and there are no simple transportation to get around. Don’t be fooled by the Uber App. It works but there are no Uber drivers to accept your request. Their Beach Club and sanding beaches are nice. Then again you have to wait for the shuttle for up to 20 minutes for the ride to the Beach Club.

A special romantic getaway- highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay! It was such a special trip for our anniversary and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more lovely to make sure that every moment we had at Borgo was exactly what we had hoped for. Highly recommend a visit to the spa for a massage and dip in the pool. The restaurants on site were gorgeous and the food absolutely delicious!

This is the place of dreams Everything is to a tee and the services and amenities are to the best could not book the night of the missus birthday but found out after G7 summit was being held there A bucket list stay and will be going back as we have a house about 50km from it :)

Amazing hotel

This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful

The hotel is amazing. The cleanliness, the rooms, the bathrooms and the decoration are amazing. The spa is also good, not amazing. I was disappointed with the food. There was nothing that i had that was very good, the opposite. The breakfast also below average. If there is one thing that the hotel should improve is around the food/meals. All very fancy, but not very tasteful. It is not even compatible with the rest of the hotel. Location also great.

Beautiful property but the staff isn’t helpful at all. We had to follow up with our concierge for every request and sometimes she wouldn’t even get back to us. Then they added a service charge at the end after we paid service charges and tipped along the way. Overall very disappointing stay.

We stayed at a lot of nice hotels on our travels through Italy and Malta, but Borgo was a real stand out. The surroundings and facility is next level. It is a real experience from arrival and all the way through your stay. Everyone went above and beyond. I regret not pre-booking spa time, as it was booked up when we arrived. I really liked the interaction with a personal concierge over Whatsapp. I was able to ask questions and she helped with some local advice for travels to Lecce and booked us an amazing restaurant in Fassano. This property is a gem in Puglia.
