“The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night.
To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

“Disappointed, 2 years ago I stayed in the same property, rooms has been deteriorated considerably and without amenities at all. Very old and un confortable matres. Also it was indicated that parking free of charge but there is no parking in the hotel, parking very difficult in the street.”
