The location is great, nearby shops , restaurants and marina . I did not expect a 5 star experience however the bed was unbearable to sleep on.

I had an excellent stay here in a private room. The hotel is clean, the staff is nice and welcoming. The location in the old town is great. I think some of the other reviews don’t realize this is a hostel not a hotel. By definition it’s meant to be no frills but for the things I really care about: everything listed above, I have no complaints.
There is an elevator but I encourage you to take the stairs at least once if you can.

Excellent location to walk to old town Faro. Many amenities in the hotel description they don't have.Hairdryer available only with a 20 Euro deposit. There was no optional breakfast, no laundry facilities, & luggage storage simply meant place bags behind the receptionist desk. There was no one at the front desk on many occasions. Says soundproof rooms, but heard lots of stomping and door slamming. Mattress was super hard and lumpy.

Good place to stay for that price. Walking distance to everything. Helpful and kind staff. Quiet area and comfortable beds. We sleept well. The shower could use an improvement, water all over the floor after showering. We would defenintily stay here again.

Great location and hotel. Rooms small but exactly as advertised…funky, modern and just what was needed. Note: since covid they no longer have breakfast available, nor do they have laundry facilities available. There is a laundromat a few blocks away.

the property was clean and trendy, but we were unable to get clean towels for the entirety of our stay (5 days) and had to go to the front desk multiple times for things like toilet paper, which was never restocked in the room

Not many staff but i believe thats the concept and that is the price advantage. However simple things like making sure shampoo is available and not empty and things like that would get it much higher reviews and recommendations.
