Whole building has an unpleasant, chemical odor. The room had a different unpleasant odor, more stale and stuffy. No screens in windows. Hairs on bathroom floor and in towels. No extra towels. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Ice machine was broken. Front desk staff was friendly enough.

Travel for work/last resort

I travel for work and this is my second staying here I will honestly say the first time this was my last resort but after staying I realized it was a good idea they currently updated and remodeling looks nice

I went to the one in farmville Virginia the beds were small, they say no smokeing in the building, but you can't walk out your door with out inhaling weed, they did not even offer any type of breakfast but some little Debbie cakes.

The room smelled musty. The ac sounded like a lawn mower, the curtains were ripped and stained, the bathroom linens all had stains on them and the toilet clogged. Avoid at all costs.

There was no running water in our room. No shower water. No sink water no toilet water. This was a horrible place to stay. They should go out of business.

The room looks like its halfway thru a renivation the room looked updated but the bathroom was not had exposed holes and diffrent paint colors showing and rust

When checking in the guy informed me that they don’t usually let locals stay because they keep their rooms for out of town visitors. He was not nice at all. I informed him that he should let third party know when booking the rooms.

There was bleach stains on the carpets, parts of the popcorn ceiling missing from cracks, mold in the bathroom, dirty walls, stains on the lampshades, cigarette burn in the blanket, and the shower was absolutely disgusting. To top it off, the fridge, microwave, phone, and ice machine didn't work.

the hotel smelled of marijuana as soon as you walked in the door. I reserved a single King room, but they sent me to a random double room and didn't inform me of any changes. The guy at the counter said they would issue a return to my card and they never did. Now I'm battling Orbitz and the Hotel just to get that back. to make matters worse, they won’t even let me type an accurate review because they say it “violates their guidelines“ . I will NEVER stay at that hotel again, and I don't have intentions of using Orbitz in the future either

So the pictures on Expedia were deceiving with this one- showing a nice bright,clean, room Stayed for one night, because I was stopping thru this area. The sheets and towels were dirty. The microwave was yellow and looked like it came from the 80s. The curtains were falling off the rod. The floor & bathroom was dirty and i needed to clean it. I saw pet hair in the hallway. Theres no elevator, only stairs- so be aware. My children were scared and uncomfortable. I couldnt even think to complain cause type of room i needed, seems like I’d gotten the last one. We survived the night! At checkout we were told they would be remodeling…i just wish i could get my money back- not the best stay!

Women at front desk was rude and inconsiderate to plight that two of her check in guest were handicap. After the bed slide Away & My brother Fell Kenneth Gilliam we were denied an incident report. Roaches in 112 113 115.We have pictures We the plastic silver ware was keep was Filthy!! Draws had dead roaches!!! They Sheets look like third world actially grey!!!! We attended For a funeral. we never exoected to oay to be on a missin Field. My first stay in Farmville Was so Disapointed. I eould luke a refund fir my stress. Wven at quality Inn & Days Inn No roaches!!!! Throw away those sheets for Sure.I brought King Sheets pillows & clothes. omg terrible terrible experience Danita Martinez
