“Reception staff when checking i feel was a bit rude, bed was super hard and very uncomfortable! Night staff absolutely amazing! Went out there way to help us with the bed situation, day staff on check out wonderful just a shame on the staff when we srrived ”

“I was on a Army Veterans Reunion for the weekend & I was able to park in the pub carpark next to the hotel for £7.50 per day, payment at the pub bar, due to the hotel parking is at a minimum, but it was no great problem. Bar was good as were the staff, and we also had 2 singers on the last night of our stay, sadly there was only around 12 of us watching as most guests had left, but the singers were great.
