“Our family experienced severe maintenance and service issues during our stay. A non-smoking room assigned to our senior family members smelled strongly of smoke, and maintenance staff only offered to spray freshener, initially refusing to change the room. Furthermore, the AC in another room leaked water, and maintenance only offered to wipe the floor and hope it stopped. We also found hair in the shower drain in a relocated room. Moving multiple times was exhausting for our senior family...
