The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees!
